The Study on the Influence of Antidiarrhoics for the Absorption of Sulfonamides Through the Small Intestine

Abstract
Author examined the absorption of sulfonamides influencing to the such antidiarrhoics as the bismuth subnitrate of heavy metal salt, and as the tannic acid of organic astringency by the Wiseman¢¥s apparatus, through the small intestine of rat.
The experiments carried out, two kinds of the concentration, the wateric buffer solution contained 0. 5 mili mole or 0. 05 mili mole of the each antidiarrhoics of the fixed administration of sulfonamides.
The views of the determined are as followings;
1) Generally, the absorptions of sulfonamides are decreased by their antidiarrhoics which the bismuth subnitrate effected than the tannic acid, and N¢¥-(2-thiazoly) S sulfanilamide have been influenced than (the N¢¥-(6methoxy-3-pyridazinyl) sulfonamide.
2) The velocity constants of absorbability are 6.43X 10-4 per a minute of N¢¥-(2-thiazoly) sulfonilamide and 5.80X10-4 per a minute of N¢¥-(6- methoxy 3-pyridazinyl) sulfonamide versus the bismuth subnitrate combined with the 0.05 mili mole concentration, the higher concentration of the antidiarrhoics have practically tended than that of lower concentrations on the absorption rates.
3) According to the estimated the N¢¥-(6-methoxy-3-sulfonilamide) are inhibited than the N¢¥-(6-methoxy-3-pyridazinyl) sulfonamide by the combined drugs which are fact that N¢¥-(2-thiazolyl) sulfanilamide become to the N¢¥-(2-thiazolyl) sulfanilamide bismuth salt on the chemical structure.
